At Vertebrate Outdoor, we aim to provide the best hill walking, rock climbing, mountaineering and mountain biking guidebooks, books and electronic media. We dispatch all goods by return of post, and if you are not entirely satisfied, then simply return the goods for a full refund.

Our guarantee

We want you to help you get out and about on your bike, on foot, or on the rock.

We guarantee you will be satisfied with our service, but please get in touch if you have any concerns. All your details are stored securely and are never passed on to a third party. Our payment system uses industry-standard secure technologies.

Returns

Simply send any unsuitable or faulty goods back to us in an unused condition and we will refund you or replace it. You will need to pay the return postage on any returned goods.
